Shipping Policy

We know that once you've ordered, you want it on its way — so here's exactly how our shipping works.

Processing Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. As soon as yours is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Where we ship and what it costs United Kingdom — £4.99, and free on orders over £40. European Union — £4.99, and free on orders over £40. United States, Canada, Australia and other international destinations — £6.99, and free on orders over £50.

Delivery estimates United Kingdom and EU: 5–14 business days. International: 5–20 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin once your order has been dispatched. Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as customs clearance, carrier delays or busy periods — can extend these windows.

Tracking your order You can follow your order any time using the tracking number in your dispatch email, or via our Track Order page. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, just email us at support@shopmomenta.com and we'll look into it for you.

Customs, duties and taxes For international orders, any import duties or taxes that may apply are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These aren't included in your order total and are outside our control.

Delivery address Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.

If something goes wrong If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, we've got you — see our Returns & Refunds policy and just get in touch with a photo where relevant. Wherever you're shopping from, your statutory rights always remain protected.
