We want you to love every Momenta order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right β no hassle, no lengthy back-and-forth. Just contact us and we'll sort it.
π¬ Always contact us first before returning anything. We'll often resolve the issue faster with a replacement or refund without requiring a return.
πReturn Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by your order number
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. This is clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
πHow to Start a Return
- Step 1 β Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return
- Step 2 β We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1 working day
- Step 3 β Send the item back using the method we advise
- Step 4 β Receive your refund or replacement once we've processed the return
π³Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 2 working days. Funds will appear back in your original payment method within 3β5 working days after that, depending on your bank.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
π¦Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll issue a full refund or replacement and cover all return shipping costs β no questions asked.
πReturn Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
