Dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 8–10 business days to the UK, 8–12 to the EU, 8–10 to the US, and 10–12 to Canada. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos. We'll put it right with a replacement or refund — just email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are approved within 2 working days of us receiving your return. Funds reach your account within 3–5 working days after that.
