We work hard to describe and price everything accurately, but occasionally errors happen. If we spot a genuine mistake in a price or description — or an item turns out to be unavailable — we may correct it, or cancel and fully refund any affected order, before or after you've ordered. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change from time to time. Product images are for illustration and slight variations can occur.
📦Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, or where a pricing error has occurred — and we'll always refund you in full if we do.
🚚Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control such as customs or postal delays. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for items passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided.

⚖️Liability
We'll always do right by you, and nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, Momenta isn't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order won't exceed the amount you paid for it. Our products are everyday consumer items and should be used sensibly and as intended.
