Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Momenta order — and if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

If something arrives faulty or damaged On the rare occasion an item turns up faulty, damaged, incorrect, or something's missing, just email support@shopmomenta.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo or short video. We'll take a look and happily put it right with a one-off replacement or refund. This applies to every order, wherever you're shopping from.

UK & EU orders Let us know within 14 days of your order arriving and, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, we'll gladly arrange your return. You simply cover the cost of return postage, and once the item reaches us we'll refund it to your original payment method within 14 days. Items returned showing signs of use may receive a partial refund. For hygiene reasons, personal-care items meant to be worn against the skin or face — such as neck fans, waist fans, cooling towels and facial rollers — and drinkware like bottles and cups can't be returned once opened, unless faulty (reported within 14 days of delivery).

International orders (outside the UK & EU — including the US, Canada and Australia) You're fully covered on anything faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing, reported within 14 days of delivery — just email us with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. As these orders ship from our overseas fulfilment partners, returns are handled on a faulty-item basis, so we'd always recommend double-checking your size, colour and choice before ordering.

Starting a return is simple Email support@shopmomenta.com with your order number (and a photo, if it's a fault). We aim to reply within 24 hours, and if anything needs returning we'll tell you exactly where to send it.

Wherever you're shopping from, your statutory rights under your local consumer law always remain protected. This policy applies to all Momenta orders, wherever we ship.
